Guests can receive mail and packages during their stay. For added security, we recommend using a PO Box or package locker when possible. Some homeowners do require that you get your own PO box, but we will inform you if your home requires this before booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made with shorter notice. We always recommend getting trip insurance if you are planning far in advance.

Yes, guests are allowed. However, overnight guests beyond the registered occupants must be approved in advance. There are also no parties allowed at our properties. Quiet hours begin at 10pm at all homes.

For non-urgent maintenance requests, simply contact our support team, and we will schedule service at a convenient time. Emergency issues, such as no heat or water leaks, will be addressed immediately to ensure your comfort.

Monthly term stays do not include regular housekeeping, but optional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide linens and towels, but you can always feel free to bring your own as well.

Before departure, guests should:
Remove all personal belongings
Sign out of all your accounts on the TV if logged in.
Take out the trash
Load and start the dishwasher
Close and lock all doors and windows. This is vital in case of storms and for security.
Return keys to the guest lock box. (if applicable)
If you had an animal, pick up all their outdoor mess and throw it in an outdoor garbage can.
Turn off all lights.
Ask your host what to leave the thermostat set on! Varies based on season.
